Positions at Silk
Pastry Chef
Silk is hiring a Pastry Chef to own our dessert program. You will develop, produce, and execute a menu of house-made desserts that meets the standard our guests expect: refined, consistent, and worth coming back for.
You are responsible for recipe development, daily production, and plating during service. Every dessert that leaves the kitchen should be identical in quality to the one before it. Consistency is not optional here.
You will manage your own ordering and inventory, keep your station organized and compliant, and communicate proactively with the General Manager on costs, sourcing, and menu changes. You will also support special orders and events as the program grows.
We are looking for someone with proven pastry experience in a restaurant or bakery setting, strong time management, and the discipline to execute at a high level without supervision. You take feedback well, you hold your own standards higher than anyone else's, and you show up prepared.

Bartender
Embark on a journey of mixology with Silk as our Master of Elixirs | Bartender, a role that goes beyond just pouring drinks, but conjures up a sensory spectacle in every glass.
As the virtuoso behind the bar, you'll mix and serve a spellbinding array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Each concoction you craft is not just a drink, but a delightful escape served to our guests at the bar or in our dining room through our attentive wait staff.
More than just a bartender, you're a service-oriented connoisseur, armed with a rich knowledge of the spirits and foods we serve. You understand the art and science of pairing, creating an upscale and unforgettable experience that takes our guests on a gastronomic journey they won't soon forget.

Server
As a server at Silk, you're not just serving food and drinks, you're telling stories. Line Cook
You're not just any line cook – in our eyes, you're an artist of ingredients, responsible for manifesting the vision of our menu. Whether you're plating a masterpiece or orchestrating the ingredient prep station, you breathe life into every dish, ensuring each plate is a harmonious blend of flavor and presentation. Your tasks extend beyond mere food prep. The host of any restaurant is the guardian of first impressions! Your role is to welcome each traveler with warmth and grace, becoming their first touchpoint to the allure of Silk. Note that your domain is not limited to our entrance—you are a guide and a problem solver that sets the tone for our guests, both in person and over the phone.
Dishwasher
Exceptional service covers everything, from the quality of our ingredients to the cleanliness of our dishware. In this role, you ensure that our equipment is not just clean, but also organized and ready for a busy service.
